For sale: COMPLETE home cinema package. 50” Plasma TV, 7.1 Surround Sound Amplifier, Speakers, Subwoofer, Blu-Ray player & thirty-eight films.

THE SOUND:
Onkyo TX-SR606 7.1 surround sound receiver. With 110 watts per channel, HDMI audio & video switching. Capable of handling both “Dolby TrueHD” and “DTS-HD Master Audio” in glorious 7.1 (yes… 7.1 – not 5.1 !!) surround sound. Originally cost £450.
Gale Aria AR-10 speakers: front, surround & rear. These six speakers, finished in high-gloss black, are small & unobtrusive in any living room yet (rated at 100 watts) pack a punch well beyond their size. Originally cost £300.
Mordaunt Short Alumni 5 centre speaker. With the same finish, this speaker perfectly matches the Gales. Originally cost £155.
Tangent Millennium active subwoofer. This sturdily built Danish subwoofer contains a 10” long-throw polymer drive unit and a powerful 150 watt RMS (400 watt peak) amplifier allowing it to faithfully reproduce deep bass down to below 30Hz. Originally cost £200.
Speaker stands. One pair of floor stands and two pairs of wall brackets for the six Gale speakers.
THE VISION:
Samsung PS50Q96HD 50” plasma TV. Unlike LCD, the large FIFTY INCH plasma screen offers a huge viewing angle without loss of detail, and an enormous contrast ratio with vibrant colours and deep blacks. Originally cost £1300.
Sony BDP-S350 Blu-Ray player. One of the first, and best, Blu-Ray players with great image upscaling and 7.1 sound output. Originally cost £200.
Sky+ HD box. If you have a dish on your property, even without a Sky contract you’ll be able to watch over 240 digital TV channels for free.
The internal speakers on the TV don’t work. However, as the Onkyo provides all of the sound this isn’t an issue.
Everything else in perfect working order. In fact both the Onkyo amplifier & Samsung TV have just been serviced & fitted with upgraded components! The cost of the Onkyo & Samsung being serviced is reflected in the asking price.
Included are all the HDMI & optical cables to connect them together, about 40 metres of high quality speaker cable and the original remote controls.

The TV is LARGE and HEAVY. You are responsible for moving it all BUT (if you live in or near to Rhayader) I AM more than happy to visit your home and help you set it all up.
Please note that the Apollo Hi-Fi rack in the pictures is NOT included.
It’s currently set up in my spare room so that serious buyers can see & hear it all working.
